My name is Rajesh. My post graduation work permit has been issued on 12th April 2011.I left Canada on 9th of March 2011 to India due to a family emergency.I don't have a valid TRV to return to Canada. For returning to Canada on which category should I apply for TRV.It will be helpful if you could provide more information regarding the matter.

if your work permit is still valid,u can certainly apply for a TRV under workers category,application is available on cic website

Make sure you have all the documentation in order. Canada visa from India is tough - but you being a post grad with Canadian experience counts a lot.
