Urgent please help!

Hi,
I Am currently holding a 3 year work permit. And I am working in a Subway as a Food service supervisor in Ontario. Its been 3 months now that I am working there. Few days back I came to know that CEC rules got changed and Food service supervisor is ineligible from now onwards. So i cannot apply for CEC. If I go through the process of OPNP and my employer wants to apply for pre screening in which he has to show recruitment efforts made by him such as job advertisement etc. Will that be affecting my case as I was currently working for 3 months for him already?

Not an expert, but wouldn't the evidence of recruitment have to be in evident in order for your employer to get your LMO to begin with?

When I applied for BC PNP under strategic occupation NOC 5241, I chose "No" for 'Have you actively recruited in BC for this position?'...still my nomination was approved.
