Dear Friends;

Finally after 3.5 years , Passport Request and I send our passports to issue the canada visa.
Just I have 1 question , My Wife is now pregnant , our Visa Expiry date for landing is 15th of April 2016.

I prefer my wife deliver her baby in Pakistan and then we go with new baby to do landing in Canada;

Please help me now that the Visa is in our hand , my wife can deliver her child before landing and we add our new born baby, and land all together??

Please help me.

If your wife is still in 1st or 2nd trimester, why don't you fly before it gets late. Your wife may deliver in Canada. I have heard that once you have visa in hand, it gets delayed if you don't land before expiry. Worst case, you may need to apply afresh.

You can. However then you will have to return your landing visas (they will no longer be valid due to the birth of your child) and submit the paperwork to add your newborn child to the application. Once CIC has finished processing your child, they will issue new visas to your family that will include your child.

But my wife will deliver when 3 months left to Expiry date, My question is :

IT IS POSSIBLE TO ADD NEWBORN BABY AFTER ISSUING THE VISA & BEFORE LANDING????

,after baby delivery we have enough time to land .

My situation is similar. I got pregnant after my PER and was 4 months when i did my medical, i did not inform VO but i guessed they got that from my medical result. I waited for 2 months expecting my PPR but alas instead of PPR, i was asked to send updated proof of fund for family of two or three depending on if i am married to the father of my baby, i was also asked to update my schedule A form and Additional family information form.

on the updated POF, i did not have up to the required fund but i had to quickly dispose my car and i attached evidences of sales receipt and transfer of ownership ,police report and sworn avidavict, i also ensure the payment of the car sale was paid into my account which i explained .
Do you think that will cause any delay in PPR? Please i need advise.
