my husband is a pr holder in canada he went there on December 2019 and came back on January 2020 end of the week and we got married on February 1st. Can I apply for outland spouse visa in February end.
I spoke to an agent they said, it’s too early apply and my husband need to show tax files there for 6 month.

please guide me with information and guidance what would be the best option for me.

Your husband needs to be living in Canada to sponsor you. As soon as he returns to Canada, he can submit the application to sponsor you.

No but he must show that you will be able to support yourselves in Canada without welfare.
