URGENT- Please help - Provincial nomination confirmaiton

Hi All,

I'm hoping you can help me in a very unique Express Entry PR situation. I have previously applied for PR - after getting a provincial nomination - but got rejected for not providing my marriage certificate. My rejection came on 28/8, just a day before my IELTS results expired on 29/8. I had to retake the exam and wait for the results, which took until 10/28. Problem is I was granted my provincial nomination on 12/5, which means that it expires on 12/11(11 days from today). If I lose the nomination, I'm left with 386 points, which means I wont qualify for EE under the skilled worker stream. With this explanation, here are the questions I'm hoping you can help me with:

1. Is there a way to accelerate the province's process in confirming my nomination on my new express entry profile? I have already emailed them on 30/10 and expressed the urgent nature of my situation but haven't received any response yet.

2. If the nomination is confirmed and the points are added to my profile but a draw does not take place until after 11/12, do I lose the points from the provincial nomination?

I'm not 100% sure, but try asking the province that issued your nomination to extend your nomination. I read many cases that the province could help with extension.

Resubmission of cancelled application facility only for paper based applicants. EE applicants can't re-apply wirh updated/correction documents. They have to apply for PNP program again and obtain fresh Nomination.

I'm not sure if that information is correct. They province just responded saying that I can submit an official request for nomination extension.

"They have to apply for PNP program again and obtain fresh Nomination", thats the part I'm not sure about. As long as the nomination has not expired, its just confirmed on the new EE profile.
