Urgent Please help me.

My profile :
BTECH 66% (3 baklogs) 2011 passout
+2 82%
10th 80%
1 Year work exp in N/w.

I recently got my IELTS score 6.5 no band lesser 6 . i hav applied for centennial(comp sys tech) for intake may 2013 and i likely to get my offer letter by 14 or 15 march. but i heard that deadlines for GIC (to deposit 10000 canadian dollar )are finished , is it true ? and i heard visa chances are less with loan when compared GIC.
please help.

FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE THREE BACK LOG AND ACCORDING TO NEW RULES ONLY TWO BACKLOG IS ALLOW IN SPP MORE OVER GIC IS COMPULSORY.
AND THERE IS NO DEADLINE OBTAIN GIC BEFORE 28 MARCH N APPLY.
U NEED TO APLLY BEFORE ONE MONTH..

are you sure its only 2 min backlogs? because i am hearing it for the 1st time. and my consultant tld me its 15 th march last date n u canot process for GIC ,only option i have is loan (FD) they said.
