Just wondering if it is normal to get requested for a Supplementary travel information IMM5562 form even though I have mentioned all of my travels in the original PR application? Its making me anxious as to if I actually unknowingly missed something because I travelled quite a bit to the US. AOR is on June 2nd. Do you guys think I might have passed the R10 check at this point? Any advise is much appreciated!

Did you travel so much to US that you might be close to 6 months of accumulated stay there?

I just calculated it and its close to 5.5 months not 6. I am curious as to why you asked this?
If you spend 6 months in a country, even as a visitor, you need to get a police certificate.

In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have spent six or more months since the age of 18. For example:

if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.

If you have stayed in the US for 6 month or more, you will need to submit a Police Check Certificate. I think you just need to make sure it is not 6 month. Under 6 month you'll be fine. Just submit the form and don't worry about it.

My first thought was the same as OzTraveller's: they just want to make sure you didn't cross the six months threshold. I wouldn't worry too much about this.
