Urgent, please help. How to contact to the call centre? I am not in Canada.

Hello

Does anybody know what number should I call to call centre? I called the 1800-242-2100. It doesnt work for the outside of Canada. Or any pther way that I can contact to them?
I am the March 2014 Edmonton's Applicant. My online status is still On Process. And I hard some of the applicant already received the inivitation letter for the exam. Thank you very much and I am looking forward to you reply.

Call this number +1 613 944 4000 and follow the instructions.

Yep, that's the same number given in my answer. Of course, it did require clicking on the link to read: "If you are calling from outside Canada, you should dial 613.944.4000 and enter 1-1-2 to be redirected to the CIC Call Centre."

You can use Skype to call US/Canada 1-800 numbers from anywhere in the world.
