URGENT PLEASE HELP ADVISE

Guys please I need help, my husbands refugee claim was refused up to federal, however I had added him to my TPPR pathway application, CIC requested for his passport and I sent them notice of seizure,and they haven't gotten back to us since then.
Right now they have booked his removal flight for this month, I don't know if it's rightfor him to renew the seized passport and I will upload it to my application, if this can speed up things??? I need urgent response please guysss help a sister.

When you say this month for the removal flight, do you mean February? Has your lawyer filed an order to stay removal?

I can't comment on whether renewing his passport is the right thing to do. What does your lawyer say?

Thanks for your response, I appreciate. It's actually effective in march, the lawyer had advised he put in his HnC, but that it doesn't stop removal.

You’d need to appeal to CBSA to put removal on hold until the results of TR to PR. At what stage is the TR to PR application? When did he fill out the H&C application? How long since JR was denied? Seems unusual to fill out an H&C application at this point if already have TR to PR in process and H&C doesn’t put removal on hold. Was the H&C just recently filed?
