I send it the 2012&2013 tax assessment I'm waiting only for 2011 CRA say to mee it will tak 5&10 business days.but I have one more question becaus me ex-wife she sponsored mee to come to Canada but just I wane now if the conditional rule (2years together it will apply one my case)cause on my determination of pr status i write separate cause we don't live together any now since 6 month but we are not divorce yet but just we are not living together me I'm on Edmonton she is on Quebec.so it will be anything wrong on this thing that I'm not living with here anymore because I landed on Canada on 2011??????cause I'm scare maybe for that I have the from of determination of status ???????thank you for your replays and answers

I stay with her till November 2012 and we se operated again and we trye again on 2013 to stay together we stay 4 month in 2013 together but from 2011 till November 2012 we have been together we love each other but we need some time to figer out we are not legal divorced but just we are not living together

The condition only applies to people who applied for sponsorship after October 2012. You were a PR before that so this condition does not apply to you.

That's my lawyer say he say no need to worry about this rule.today I send it the last thing got them 2011 tax assessment yesterday I send it 2012 and let se what it will happen they asked for proff that I have 730 days well I have 783 and with my CRA each year I can proof that and I don't know if I will have any problem or not cause now I feel in Canada like on my home contry cause I lived here I have my friends my job everything if they replay to my with negative answer that it will be the bad thing that ever happen on my life (TO LOSSE EVERYTHING FOR NOTHING)!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello there.Just I received a letter from CIC today for an interview by CIC Edmonton requiring interview in person next weak,and they request my to take only my passport with my nothing else just I want to ask for what is this is,soemthing wrong with my application or is just to pickup my PR card at CIC office thank you soemuch.

You better take every single document with you that can prove your residency or prove of 783 days in Canada.

As hasher said, take all the documents with you that you think can prove your residency.

I need an immediate advice on travel document application.

I landed on PR in January 2015 and stayed for a week in Canada. After signing my job offer, I came back to UAE so that I can close my children school account and take my family with me in March, 2015.
I have to go back to Canada in March, 2015 to start my job. i don't have PR card, as it generally takes 6-8 weeks after landing.
How complicated is to get the permanent travel document in this case?

Please any one advise/ expert opinion...

i'm not any expert but i don't think that it will be complicated for you,Because you are new Permanent Resident.
