I recently graduated from a college and now I am trying to apply for my Post-Graduate Work Permit.
In the IMM5710 form, there is a section - Education.

It says: have you had any Post-Secondary Education, if yes, give detail of the Highest level of the post-secondary

I finished my bachelor degree in a university in China. Should I put my University Name in China or my College Name in Canada ??

they are both post-secondary but I am not sure which one is higher.

please, help .....

I am waiting online!

Thank you so much!!!

Post graduate diploma or undergraduate diploma? However, I suggest you fill in your BSc in Meds from China. Its your highest and you can indicate your country.

I just have one more question:

next section - employment

Should I write: Recent Graduate XXXX College

otherwise , how can the immigration officer knows which college I went to?

Did you work while at college? If yes, indicate your work experience.

Some of the documents you have to upload include

1. IMM5710E form
2. Passport credentials copy
3. Confirmation Letter from College or Transcript from college

4. Open Work Permit Holder receipt and letter of explanation.

First, please be more observant. The form you are filling out right now is the IMM5710E (Check at the top for pdf name). Secondly, you should be aware by now what documents you are expected to compile, or fill out, and upload.

For further details check this out.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/work-postgrad-how.asp

Also, check your MyCIC application account to find out what documents you are supposed to upload.

Again, fill in your Coop work placement details under employment. If you didn't work, then indicate what activity you were doing (most probably: student at YYYY college).

Don't rash. Fill in the form carefully.

Cheers!
