Urgent permanent resident travel document

Hello,

my wife was approved for PR after I sponsored her under the family class program. We applied from abroad (UK) and we have to be in Canada until the 16th of April to activate her status. I wasn't aware she has to apply for a permanent resident travel document. Our trip to Canada is on the 30th of March, exactly a month from now. How can we have a permanent resident travel document urgently? Is it possible to have it in less than a month?

PRTDs are for PRs. She isn't a PR yet. She has an eTA, which will allow her to travel to Canada and land as a PR.
