URGENT : PASSPORT REQUEST BUT MEDICAL SAYS REVIEW IN PROGRESS

Hello evryone , i applied online on 18 th july, got passport request on 21 st july.
But my medical says review in progress.
I am a case of past tb. My sputum test were negative for all 3 samples and i did my x - ray on 29th july.
report sent to embassy on 30th.

Now my vfs tracking says " is being processed " while my medical status is still " review in progress "

any idea ?

Because you are past tb. I think they will request sputum test for culture in 3 samples even your test were negative. It will took over two months for result.

I had my test in may . The result was negative for 3 samples. Had my re-xray on 29 th july. How can you say it will take 2 more months ?

where was your test in may? if not in indicated embassy hospital, they will request sputum test for culture at the time you did medical exam for VISA. I mean that after they see your abnormal x-ray.

Of course, sputum test for culture will take for over 2 months.

I had my sputum test as part of my medical test for visa. I gave my sputum samples on 7,8,9 may . the result came 10 th july. did re-xray 29th july.

my case likes you, when the doctor know tb history or in abnormal x-ray. They will request sputum test and also sputum test for culture. Sputum test for checking in/active TB is one week. However, sputum test for culture will take over 2 months (for feeding bacteria in sputum needs 2 months).

you said that you did in may for VISA, I think It is done for medical exam. Your exam will be clear soon.

i did sputum culture and the wait is over. the result came negative .

Can you tell me, what reason the pulmonologist gave you about your x-ray? Why it was abnormal?

Your medical will not clear, unless the pulmonologist give the green signal.

btw, write your time line about your embassy medical history

Medical done : 29 th april
Required sputum culture ( gave sample ) : 7,8,9 th may
Sputum result : 10 th july ( all three negative)
X-ray : 29 th july
reports sent to chc on 30 th july.

My dmp told me since the grade of my spot was 4.1 , there is no need of report from pulmonologist.
I applied online for visa on 18th , got passport request on 21st.

if your DMP is confident and he wrote to the embassy that you're fit for the studies.

then congratulations visa is on the way.
