Yes. IRCC has been consistent on this requirement from Day 1 of EE.

I did not upload the other stamped pages and old visa pages though as it shows up now on the tooltip requirement.

Uploading them is harmless. Not uploading them is pretty much what's required. Either way, no problems.

Here is requirement for passport taken from my personal HELP section instructions.(I have received invitation under FSW program).By may be glitch or something my personal HELP section instructions shows-

Document: Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple)
Your passport must be valid when you apply to the International Experience Canada program and when you enter and depart from Canada. The work permit will not be issued for longer than the validity of your passport. Your passport must include a blank page other than the last page.

You must provide a clear, legible copy of your valid passport. Include a copy of:
•the page that shows your birth date, country of origin, etc.;
•and any pages with stamps, visas or markings.
Before it was asking for just bio page but now showing above instructions. I do not know what is wrong with this.
Any advice please and is there any one else in same situation?

Yes, I also have this same message in mine, it was just bio-data pages before, now I am seeing IEC requirement, and I am EE FSW. My passport is a new one, I have no visas/stamps/markings in it, now I am wondering if I should add visas/stamps from my old passport? I still have a few days before the deadline, so I will keep checking if the requirement changes

I am uploading in "Letter of employment" placeholder my Offer letter (from Canadian employer) and reference letter(same uploading in Records of employment with pay stubs etc.) together.
Am I doing right guys? I don't have any other document to upload there.

One question: is your country of residency different from country of citizenship? Mine is different, so I was wondering if that's why, it's still showing the requirement as of today. Has anyone said they have the same issue?

Yes mine as well. I am citizen of India and permanent resident of Australia. But I don't think that's the reason cos it's showing for International Canadian experience class something, that is not what we applying for and the first post on this topic also states same. No idea just wait and watch may get changed soon. I reported two times on "report technical issue".OR do one thing if you can now just temporary change your country of residence to your country of citizen, if it changed than that is the reason otherwise not. I will try when I get home. Keep me updated.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I am just curious if anyone else but us is having this issue. I have about 5 days to my deadline. I will just submit all stamped pages of my old passport and bio-data of the new passport. It's better to provide more rather than "potentially" less. I was looking at the old document requirement under the old FSW. It says bio-data page if you reside in your country of citizenship, while proof of status (visas/extension) should be included when you are residing elsewhere. I will just follow that and submit. If you have more days ahead, you can keep checking if it changes. Good luck!

Are u including last visa or visas for whole period you live overseas(country of residence)?Like I am in Australia from 8 years so I have/had around 5 visas in 8 years. Should I get copies of all expired visas as well or just current one need to scan along with passport?
And has your new passport have any visa stamps too? Thank you
