*URGENT* Out of status

Hello Guys,

my cousins student permit was expired in july 8 2024. She is out of status now. She applied for her passport renewal and it took almost : months to get her passport renewed. She was about to apply for her PGWP as she completed her studies in May. So anyone know what is the next step.
