Urgent - Only 5 days left - How to upload IMM5406 in CIC? Thanks everyone

"Hi Everyone,
I have received a request to fill the form IMM5406 and sign it. I have filled it in, signed it with a blue pen, scanned it but i am now unable to upload it as I see no place/link where i can upload it. (the link to upload in 'document submitted by client' section is not available).
Please help me urgently as ircc has given a deadline of 7 days only!
Any help is appreciated.
