Urgent OHIP question

Hi all,

I need an urgent medical attention. I was under the impression that government doesnt cover you with OHIP until you are a landed immigrant. But after reading the eligibilty i think i may qualify to get a health card under two different catogeries.
that is

i applied for PR last year in april under CEC (April 28,2014)
and i have been working and on a valid work visa.

I feel so stupid becuase i was unaware of this.

Can someone please clarify what do i need to get a health card? What should i bring to the service ontario centre? AOR?

So the part it says

"Written confirmation from citizenship immigrantion canada that you are eligible to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada"

What that would be? AOR? Printed copy of the email?

You need to go to Service Ontario with your AOR, WP and employment letter (contract if you have one).
