Urgent needed help!!!!!!!

Dear Seniors,
i received my ITA on April 20,2016 so i almost gathered my required documents and uploaded already,i have worked different countries like Dubai,Saudi,Afghanistan.I received my PCC from Dubai as well as from my home country but i already submitted my required documents to Afghanistan Consulate in Vancouver to obtain PCC that was on May 6,so today it's already one month but i didn't hear anything from them.Everyday i used to checked in canada post.ca by using tracking number which was given to me.For Saudi i didn't apply because as per cic website i only need to provide if CIC asked.

So my question is can i submit my application now?I heard from one guy in this forum that he got PCC from Afghanistan in 4 months 3 days.Or should i call to Afghanistan consulate and ask one letter for proof?Do they provide?Even i heard from some countries that cic never ask PCC but i am not sure which are those.

Hi Rabin,
According to my knowledge PCC is must. You should try contacting them and keep following up with them.

No need to worry. My advice is that you should apply your PCC. Once you've applied for PCC, you'll be given a receipt. Write a Letter of Explanation and upload it along with your receipt (as a proof) with other PCCs that you already have. Play safe, IRCC will allow you time to upload it at a later date.

Manidhatt i have already applied PCC for Afghanistan on May 6,but should i call them and follow up?Last week i called to them and one Afghani officer answered and replied me badly.he told me don't call us anymore once it is ready than we will send it to you and i asked the processing times and he told me 6 weeks or 6 months.i have proof as a receipt and tracking number so i will attached that.

Such people are working in every office. SMH

I'd say just attach that proof with LOE and then wait for IRCCs reply to as what deadline they give you. State in the LOE that due to current processing times it could take upto 8-10 weeks as per Afghan consulate.

Try again when you hit 6 weeks that would be late June

1 ) Employment letter from Afghanistan the time was you employed there

2) Finger print

3 ) You write a letter about your self the time you there at work

4) Passport size photo

5 ) There is a form you filled up from them site

Thanks bro for your answered,yes i have submitted the same documents as you mentioned above in Afghanistan consulate,Vancouver. So how long it took in your time?And from which consulate you had applied?I mean from which city?I have submitted my all the required documents on May 6 to obtain PCC ,so its more than 2 months,i have called them last week and they told me it might takes 3 to 6 months,
