URGENT - Need your input before filing visa... Plzzzzzzzzzz reply..

Hi All,

Need your inputs very urgent...

I have done my under graduation(B-Tech) in Information Technology. Later I am working as a Software Tester in a MNC from past 6 years (work experience).

Now I got admission in University of Windsor in MEng Electrical (Computer Engineering). I have chosen this course because I want to do my masters in course based not thesis.

After my graduation in canada I want to continue my work as a Software tester or develepor which is relevant to my work experience.

I have below questions;
1. Is this course (MEng Electrical (Computer Engineering) is relevant to my earlier profile(btech & work experience) in getting Visa approval & PR later after course completion.
I heard that visa and later PR chances are get only when our study & work experience are relevant.
2. Can I do software jobs like testing, developing etc. after completion of my course (Meng Electrical (Computer Engineering)).

Hi.

All I know is that to get PR approval (work experience program), your 12 months work experience must be done in the same field of your studies, generally a job that request your diploma to work

for PR u need 1 year work experience in NOC 0,A or B does not matter if its related to ur study or not.

u can do whatever jobs u want as authorized by ur work permit. u can work as a gas station attended for all they care but its not NOC 0,A, or B so wont get u PR under CEC stream. u should read about express entry
