Hi

I have decided to show proof of fund this way, please give your opinion:

1. Salary Account Statement showing my Salary In put for 6 months as I don't have 6 months of Payslip( My salary directly goes to my Bank Account) & Credit Card Statement- Last six month. Usually I get electronic Statements each month, thinking of Combining last 6 months in a pdf.-Same Bank so thinking of providing Solvency Certificate as no outstanding Debt.

2.Personal Account-Statement of 6 months+ Fixed Deposit Certificate of the Minimum Amount Needed for Immigration+Solvency Certificate.

3. Joint Account with my Father 6 month Statement-As it has another Bond in my name so another Solvency Certificate, also the money I transferred to my personal account is from here for the Fixed Deposit.

Now I am in Dilemma because no.3 which is Joint Account I don't need to show as I have sufficient money without it but it is joint account with my Father so won't it be a problem? Also this account is the account from where the amount was transferred to my account for FD.So for Gift Deed I have to provide details.

Any experts to help me what should I do?

Thanks in advance for answering my queries.

If you already have funds and you dont need to show your joint account then dont submit that info.

1.You cant show any joint account with your father.
2. With your father's permission Transfer money from your's/father's joint account to your personal account. (if already done then step 3)
3. Gift deed from your father is needed so that he legally doesn't have any claim on that money afterwards.

Re: Urgent Need:proof of Funds!!Let me know

Hi

Thank you for your reply.

So I won't show the Joint Account but in the gift Deed,I have to put this Joint Account Number, won't that be a problem? What is the correct Gift Deed Format? Can't it be shown without Account Number?

And for Salary Account & Personal Account, is it okay if I show Proof of Fund as I described?

I didn't have sufficient amount for 6 months ,so my Father gave me the amount. The Fixed Deposit was made on April, will it be an issue?

When your father transferred money - what does appear on your bank statement ? (I am guessing the joint a/c number may appear).
In gift deed or self declaration from donor you will have to mention how the donor transferred money.(just common sense - cash, cheque, bank transfer etc) You will have to mention the account number from which money was transferred.

And for Salary Account & Personal Account, is it okay if I show Proof of Fund as I described?
In bank statement do the salary credits appear as company name which should match your employer. ( what ever abbreviation your employer uses ) As you dont have salary slips Try to get duplicatepayslips or a salary statement from your employer so that the salary credits in bank statement match salary statement or something on company letterhead that says you were paid X salary if CIC raises any issue.

I didn't have sufficient amount for 6 months ,so my Father gave me the amount. The Fixed Deposit was made on April, will it be an issue?
No issue as gift deed is provided.
