Hiii
I have an ITA and got my employer to issue me a reference letter from HR head on company letterhead with all the company telephones and emails and addresses. It mentions my Name, employee code, date of joining and designations held and job duties for the specific designation for which I have applied under the NOC 2141 only. No job duties for current designation.
Job duties stated in the letter are exactly as follows
1. Study and design machinery layout
2. Suggest and implement improvement and updation in manufacturing procedures
3. Suggest and devise procedures for inventory utilisation and management.
4. Conduct and implement work process training programs
5. Study and conduct preventive maintenance schedules.
6. Conduct studies and implement industrial safety procedures.
7. Supervise production staff and production operators.
8. Conduct time studies to improve work process efficiency.
My main concerns are : is this reference letter good enough. The points in job duties are too generic and not in detail. All other reference letters that I have come across are a bit specific about what job was done.
Kindly guide me if these job duties are on correct lines.
