I just submit online application . I make payment and it went through but it shows not yet submit? what is this. how do I submit after making payment. Please help me. Thx

After payment you have to click on submit so the application is submitted.

If you didn't then try login in again and repeat the procedure. Verify if the payment went through, if it did and it still asks for payment then you will have to contact CIC with all your payment info.
