Urgent: Need Help for Pre-paid return airway bill

Hi eveyone,

All the couriers in my country do not provide a pre-paid return airway service. I fell helpless...

Does anyone know what happen if I did not provide a pre-paid return airway bill to the visa office when I mail my passport to get visa?

I did send email to ask the visa office about this question, but no reply. Really need help from all of you!

IMO, not much impact. I did not have a return airway service for my stuff. not even return ticket.
Why you need that? If you feel hard, then attach your own fly ticket. would be sufficient.If you are talkingh about sending passport and have it mail back, just enclose a paid courier envelope with your address as receiver then all fine.

Hi,

Which visa office did you submit your applications? If your mailing address is in the USA you can see this on their website:

◦If you do not provide an acceptable return envelope, the visa office will mail your passports and original documents via regular mail with no tracking number.


IMO, you don't need to worry. The embassy will use standard/regular mail to return your docs. Hope it helps :)
 
Even I was confused when it was mentioned in the PPR email that we need to provide "pre-addressed abd oreoaud aurway bill".

So I contacted the customer care of Visa Application Center (contect number was provided in the VAC website in the email) in my case Pretoria.
They told that in their website payment details are mentioned and also a Coruform Form can be downloaded to provide our address.
Upon receiving the courier payment and Courier Form, VAC will return our passport after completing the procedure.
