urgent !! need help for my CEC application

hi, guys ! i am worried now, as i feel like CEC is getting harder and harder...
i applied in Aug and i have not heard anything yet. but there are two reasons making me worry about my application.
1) our company is small firm, we only have 5people working there. we dont have offical paystub, our boss only gave me the excel form which contain the information for my CPP ect. i did created my "paystub' for the application. now i am worried about the paystub can create problem for me on the application
2) when i just started working in the company, i was on probation with 10.50/hr, i was told that the wage would increase to 17/hr after 6months probation. however, my boss was busy during that time, he did not have time to review my performance during the probation until 7th months, therefore, i passed the probation at the 7th month and started to get my normal wage at the 8th month.
i am wonder whether these two things can create problem for me?? can anyone help??

Pay Stubs arent required they are optional what is required is your T4 ,Notice of Assessment and job letter.

Your wage only matter if it is largely different from what you should be getting for your field.

For example you claim you are a heart surgeon but your salary is $8/hr

Pay stub is just an additional doc that you submit with your Ref. letter. You should worry more on the Ref letter that you have submitted.
Did your Ref. letter meet all the requirements listed ?
