Urgent - Need Guidance

Hi guys, seeking your guidance urgently. I have applied for Study Permit and waiting for PPR (it's already been 9 weeks and now internet forums state that it could take up to 12 weeks).

I had applied for just myself but now my husband and baby will also be joining me and I am running out of time to apply for them, as it would take another 3 months after I receive my PPR.

Do you think I should raise a webform and add them as additional applicants and explain the change in circumstances because of which they are now joining me?

No, you can't add new dependents on your application via webform. Your best option is to wait for your decision, then apply for them. If you wanted them to accompany you, you should have included them (at least, your baby) in your initial application. Good luck, hope you hear favorable response soon!

There was a change in circumstances which is why I had to change my decision. I waited for my PPR but it's now taking too long and I can't wait another 3 months for my family's application results. Is it okay if I raise the webform and explain my situation?

I guess you can. No harm in trying.

i suggest you to wait, it might affect your application.

They can come with you if they get a visitor visa, or you cann apply after

No you can not with the webform, but you can send application with complete filled immi forms just like yours. Its a complete application that needs to be validated
