I received this letter today and don't know what to do.Seniors plz help . I'm jan2014 noc1215.

My employer is small company 5 employees. I can explain some questions as I have pervious experience of my job back home and also did studies in supply chain management from Canada.but the main thing is they ask sales record employer will never provide me. Other than that how can I prove it why company need me.

I am not satisfied that you have acquired the qualifying work experience necessary to be a member of the Canadian Experience Class.

Searches of open sources raise concerns for me that your employer may not have been a company with sufficient shipping and receiving requirements to reasonably require your services as Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for the hours and employment duration declared on your application.

I note that as per your employer reference letter dated it indicates that your employer is an importer of furniture and home décor. In order to allay my concerns please provide, in addition to any other supporting documentation which you choose to submit to address my concerns, certified sales information for the past five years detailing the amount of merchandise sold, shipped, and received from the location where you declared employment. Please also clarify your address location where your declared employment with took place.

Please also provide an organizational structure chart for your location of declared work

I also do not find it reasonable that you would have acquired a position as Shipping and Receiving Supervisor from the offset of hiring with declared employer as it appears you may not have previous experience in the occupation supervised.

Basically, they think your app is bogus - for whatever reason. They have done some research and based on that research they have serious doubts about your application.

The only way to see a positive outcome is to provide exactly what they are asking for. If your employment is legit, you should have no problems.

Good luck.

all you need to provide your working papers either on client side or in your company othervise these concerns are serious

CIC is providing a chance to provide answers to their questions on eligibility, due to grey area.

It will required to answer each and every question of CIC with sufficient (required, balanced) details.

They also say (ask for details to support) that in the NOC applied, if your work experience HOURS totaling to the minimum hours required for the CEC eligibility ? (as it seems to them that the company work load of shipping was low and would not have engaged you all 1 year full time in the shipping role. Time to clarify...

Did CIC give a time limit for response??

Best of lucks for the response.

Then, how many shipping/receiving clerks did you supervise? If you didn't supervise clerks, can you explain why you chose this NOC?

I can explain some questions as I have pervious experience of my job back home and also did studies in supply chain management from Canada.

So you worked in shipping/receiving back home? Hopefully, you included that job on your Background Declaration...?

my employer does not want to give any help. I don't know how to prove it. what documents should I provide to prove my job.

I have two clerks (shipper/receiver) who work under me.all the job duties mentioned in NOC are almost identical what I do every day.but now how I prove it if my employer is not helpful. I am still with the same company.please help if any body can. thanks you.

Hi

So in a company that totals 5 people you supervise 2 shipper/receivers. This makes a total of 3 (including you). I assume there is an owner which makes 4 people. You can sort of see where CIC are coming from here!!

CIC seem to be questioning the company and its size, you really have no choice but to work with the company to provide the information to CIC.

If the company is legitimate then why would they not support you and provide the information. If you try and provide other information you will only raise CIC's suspicions.

It does all sound very suspect.

Thx

Hi 'cayat..'

You would need to answer each question of CIC in their email....

"""Searches of open sources raise concerns for me that your employer may not have been a company with sufficient shipping and receiving requirements to reasonably require your services as Shipping and Receiving Supervisor for the hours and employment duration declared on your application.

and attach any documentary proofs ... As you see from CIC email, the questions are very specific.....

....you must also respond in time...even if you are waiting for necessary documents as proof (you could mention that in the response)...

Thx
