Hello, folks! I urgently need your suggestion.
I received an ITA on February 24th and filled out all the required forms in the application. Whenever I press continue and try to go to the next page (probably document upload page), I get the following error:

System-generated error code:8Z6UK80J (2016-03-10 05:19:43)

Possible reasons::
We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.
Changing browsers and emptying cookies does not help. I've tried anything, including deleting and filling out the form again, but this doesn't help either. I've made several request to the technical support of the CIC through the special inquiries web form and included the screenshots of the problems. But these guys kept me ignoring for two weeks and then replied with a sample message asking to send the screenshots again through the web form. I've already wasted 20 out of 60 days of the application and I still don't have the shortlist of the documents I need to submit.
Has anybody of you experienced this kind of problem? If yes, how did you solved it?
Do you know any direct contact information of CIC technical support? If I keep communicating with them through the web form and wait for more than 10 business days for their answer, I am definitely going to miss the deadline.
Please help, otherwise I'm screwed! :-[
