Urgent: My email keeps bouncing back

I was requested additional documents from my VO and Im trying to send all of the requested documents. Does anyone know the size limit so that I can reduce the size to the limit they want?

Upload your documents

Files must be 2 MB or smaller. If you include multiple files, the total size must be 3.5 MB or smaller.
We only accept files in PDF, JPEG, TIFF, DOC, or DOCX formats.
Once you have selected the document, click Upload to add the document to your enquiry. Repeat the same process to add aditional documents but total size of all attachements can not exceed 3.5 MB.

At first I used website, but it reduced the quality drastically, it was impossible to read. Afterwards I used some software, but cannot recall its name at the moment.

Anyways, I had over 60 pages, overall around 20Mb. The best (readable) compression I could get from web sites was up to 10MB. If your file is not that large, web site will definitely work for you.

Yeah mines around like 60 pages as well. I'm gonna try that PDF compressed and hope it doesn't mess up the quality of the scanned pictures. Thank you :$

Okay so update,

After compressing multiple times, we had no choice but to split the email into two parts so that each PDF was actually a decent quality.

We titled each email ("File number" Part 1 of 2) and ("File number" Part 2 of 2) - We gave notice in the email that we will be sending in 2 parts because of the file size and also said what was included with each part.

Our VO sends confirmation messages after each e-mail is sent. We received an e-mail for Part 2 of 2 (which included the 4.7 MB) and we still havent received the confirmation for Part 1 of 2 (which included 2.2 MB)

Did the email maybe think it was spam and didnt get the Part 1 of 2? Should I try to send Part 1 of 2 tomorrow morning?

I believe you can use WinZip as well. Its a free SW to compress &/or extract the files.
