Hello my parents have multi visa , passport close to expiry
I have questions

1 - how long should left in their visa to come in to canada before expiry?
2- how long before expire they should re-apply?
3- they should renew their passport cause will expire should do they need scan their old passport which it has visa ?
4- do they should apply like new visitor ? Nothing different between someone has visitor visa annd someone never have it?

30 days preferred.

You have to submit the current travel document at the time of starting your application.

They should renew their passport then apply with new passport without visa , cause after renew passport will not has a visa , do they need scan or anything to show embassy from old passport?

When you apply, you have to submit your valid passport, new or old.
