hi all seniors (Qorax, kanamen, leon, pmm, jaggy999 , babbu & all others) need ur advice
I'm MI3 applicant,
applied on july2011, got per on nov 2011, got MR/RPRF/Passport Request on feb 2012
Medical done on 15/03/12 & passport submited on 23/03/12(due date was 26/03/12)
NDVO returned my passport (first page was damaged) & re-submited on 06/06/12.
after i got no reply from NDVO, had send CSQ but no satisfactory reply from visa office. i had ordered GCMS twice(nov & feb), the only thing which put my file on hold is NZ PCC. there is no other way to get NZ PCC. i had submited consent form for getting NZ PCC with my Passport on 23/03/12 but till date they haven't received any such thing from Nz. I also send consent form for getting NZ PCC to sydney (AUS) to get NZ PCC for me but they replied me that they can't do on my request, contact ur visa office.
on feb 2013, NDVO replied me by giving the reason of delay in the processing of my file is non submission of NZ PCC. pls submit NZ PCC if i can.
i submit again new consent form to NDVO till then no correspondence with them. now my medicals are also expired.
pls advice me how to get NZ PCC other than the procedure mentioned on CIC website. if there any way to request/appeal for processing of my file as it's more than a year after medical & passport request.
