URGENT - make changes to personal details 4 days before exam

Hi y'all,

I made a mistake while filling out my personal details for IELTS. I put my nationality as Canada (for my ID document). I'm emailing the testing centre, but I'm worried because the exam is on the 21st; and I won't hear back in time. Are testing centres taking calls during business hours? What info do I submit to Ielts? I don't see a candidate number or anything, just my receipt number.

update - so my ID was just approved lol. I probably should still change the nationality.

Please help y'all
