Urgent: Italian PCC from Abroad Process

Can someone please clarify:
1) if I can send the request for General Penal Certificate (Certificato Generale del Casellario Guidiziale) and Solicitor General's Certificate of Pending Charges (Certificato dei Carichi Pendenti Della Procura) through 1 single Form No 3?
2) the charges for the 2 certificates required including urgent basis charge?
3) And lastly what documents need to be sent along?

Can someone please guide me through getting Italian Police Clearance Certificate for non residents from abroad?

did you get the certificates? i'm italian i might be able to help you. i had to get those twice for my application.

I need to get my PCC from Tribunale di Roma.

I stayed in Trieste, Italy in 2011 (consecutively for more than 6 months) and I thought I should start the process of getting a PCC just in case I get an ITA!

Currently I am in India. Can you please help me or guide me how to get the required PCC.
