Urgent issue regarding to OINP

Dear all,

I have just got an message from CIC that my EE profile is no longer eligible, due to "language test results that are more than two years old" (I took CELPIP back in May 2014)

I am still waiting for AOR from OINP (PT received in Dec 2015), and I have written another language test, results are yet to be released.

Could I explain to OINP about this situation and then I create another new EE profile. Would OINP consider my new EE profile (with the updated Language Test Score) to continue on with my application?

I wasn't expecting OINP to be using over 5 months before even the AOR..

Please advise. :'(

They do transfer nomination to a new profile if anything goes wrong. I think this should work for you too. Get the new results, scan them and write a letter of explanation and send it via email. Remember to include your new EE profile number and job validation code.
