URGENT: Is upfront medical necessary to submit e-APR?

Hi members,

I need some URGENT help!

I have my PR application ready to submit and all the documents uploaded except for my medicals.
I had an appointment to get my upfront medicals done on February 15th but it got cancelled as we had a snow storm in NL and every place was closed. Now they won't be able to reschedule till next week.

Now my work permit is expiring on February 18th. I need to apply for BOWP but I cannot submit it unless I have the AOR for my PR application.

Now my questions is:
Can I submit the APR without upfront medicals, explain it in LOE, and submit the medicals later as soon as I have the completed?
Or does it necessarily have to be done upfront?

I will appreciate any expert advice.

Thanks

No, you cannot submit eAPR without medicals.

Oh God.. I am trying to figure any way around it.
thanks Stanlee!
you can apply for restoration BOWP once you have the AOR, which is additional cost.
