URGENT: IRCC made a mistake and didn't check my file properly +1 promised

Dear friends

I'd really appreciate any comments or advice:

I submitted my citizenship application last weekend and for the "Personal ID" document I uploaded my foreign passport (page 1), valid PR card (page 2), valid Alberta driver's license (page 3 and 4) and health card (page 5 and 6) all in one file (6 pages in total.) Today IRCC returned my application and said the below:

Your application for Canadian citizenship is incomplete. We cannot start processing your application for the following reasons:

Personal identifications (IDs)
You uploaded a foreign ID with your permanent resident card (PR card).

Should I bother tell them that my driver's license and health card are on pages 3 to 6? Or should I just resend my passport/driver's license (or driver's license/health card)?

Also another critical thing: they released my application for me to re-submit with new peroneal IDs. I noticed that every document I submitted first time is there but when I go to "Optional documents" (see screenshot below) the additional documents I submitted first time are not there!! Should I upload them again or send only what they asked? I am just very anxious.

I don't know why applying just seems like a difficult task from beginning to end

This forum is not as helpful as it used to be!

Any way, I decided to re-submit application with PR card, driver's license and all supporting documents I submitted the first time to be safe.
