Hey ,
You don't need to print the whole 3 years of conversations , that will be over 10,000 Pages . select a max of 10 pages covering the 3 years period . You can't postpone your interview and if you miss it they refuse your application .

You can include other proof or relationship , unless they are only asking you for proof of communication .

as someone else pointed out to you in the Ghana thread they might want to make sure of your identity ( you are who you claim to be ) .

No. You have to get it translated for them.

This is essential to prove that you have a genuine relationship.

No you don't have to translate chats/sms/emails. They just want to see continuous communication over time. The only thing you have to translate are official documents like marriage certificate, birth certificate, notarized letters of support, etc. If the interview is in your home country the officers there will speak the local language, as well as English/French.

Print out communication samples (phone bills, chats, emails, sms, screenshots of webcam sessions, etc...) a few from every month, and think about quality over quantity. Try to include discussions about serious topics as well as romantic conversations. Copies of letters/cards sent to each other are good too. If you have visited each other since applying, bring pictures with you, that will help a lot.

Another thing you can do is type in your spouse's name in your email search box and it should bring up every email ever sent between you. You can screen shot the list of emails...page by page. It will show ongoing communication, the subject line along with the dates in chronological order.

Also, did you not provide a bunch of communication evidence when you submitted your application? If so, then maybe only communication since you married or since you applied would suffice.

Please I have one more question, my school certificate and my passport some have two names while some have my 3 names,please would CIC call that mispresentation or will they understand is me,or will they ask me question during the interview ifvthey suspected anything? Please I need some answers as I don't want to use my own hand to complete the names 3,will that be a problem?

IRCC is not going to consider it misrepresentation if different documents have different variations of your name. you can simply write a letter of explanation.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to hijack the thread, but is this something official or they just do it without mentioning it on their website? Another related question: If I got married before I got my PR but included my spouse as non-accompanying spouse, would they ask the same when I sponsor my spouse later after I get my PR?

where are you reading IRCC asked for personal conversations between a couple AFTER the PR applicant landed as PR? I think you are confused about what this thread is about and the information provided. the poster was talking about providing information for an interview PRIOR to being approved for PR, as part of a scheduled interview. If an application is not strong enough, an interview will be requested, and they may ask the applicant to provide additional proof of ongoing communication with their sponsor.

to see what IRCC now expects for relationship proof in spousal applications, go to the application and read the guide and checklist. it is not required to submit proof of communication. for most people, simply mentioning the ways you communicated are enough. whether or not a visa officer asks for additional relationship proofs depends on the strength of the application submitted. most applicants are not asked to submit additional relationship proof.

no one can tell you whether a future applicant will be required to have an interview. again, this depends on the strength of the application and how the visa officer interprets the information. providing a clear and complete application limits the chance to have an interview. most applicants are waived interviews.

at this point, i think you are worrying needlessly. familiarize yourself with the application guide and the checklists, and start compiling the required documents. if you submit a strong application, then there's nothing to worry about.
