Urgent information / help requested. Stage 2 canada student visa can be refused due to incomplete information

Question in student visa application: Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country ?
I answered YES. And mentioned details for my B1 visa refusal.

However, also my H1B extension i.e. I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker was denied.
Earlier I checked on web if that counts under visa denial and answer I found was NO, so I did not added this to my canada student visa application. However, I did mention it in my SOP.

Please let me know if this would be treated as incomplete information. Because if I start online classes as I have got AIP and stage 2 is denied so my university will not refund some fees and I would lose 6 lakh or 10000 CAD.

Will be really helpful, if you mention any government webpage along with the answers, so that I can verify information and check in detail.

when did you apply and when did you get AIP and where did you apply from?
