Hi ALL
I am applying for citizenship.
I stayed more than 183 days homeland during my eligibility period so I definitely have to provide PCC.

My question is that can I apply citizenship without PCC because it's very lengthy process to obtain PCC from my homeland and submit it later when I will get.
TIA

You need PCC. Your application would be stuck without it anyways. So, applying before without PCC makes no sense.
But if you stayed in your homeland for 183 days or more before landing in Canada as PR and that was the country of Origin for you before your migrated, then you don't need a PCC.
