[URGENT] I NEED HELP WITH MY STUDY PERMIT

Hi everyone, I'm a current international student in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. I have been here for 2 years and I have re-newed my SP for each year ( 2 times). My father helped me to extend the SP for all of the time so I didn't have experience to do it by myself. Last 2 weeks, I tried to extend the SP by myself this time but I realized that I messed it up so I sent a requested in order to withdraw my application. I wonder if I have to wait for them to cancel my application or I can re-apply right away while my old application is still in the process. Thank you very much!

I think you should wait for the application to get cancel or submit change of information form. Dont reapply while you have an active application.
