Urgent! I do need help and advice! I forget to send a copy of passport!!!

Hello everyone!
Here is my concern. We have sent our application for work permit extension as a family last year at the end of October. My wife and I got our permit renewed last week but the worst thing is my daughter did not get her visitor record until now. And I checked all file I have send and I am confused a little bit because it seems I forget to send the first page of her passport. I sent the TRV instead.
Are they gonna refused her application because it is my fault or they are going to ask me to send that copy? I already send an inquiry on web form today.
Do you have any suggestion or advice for me?

Yeah it is already delay for 10 days now

If it was online you would have probably received a message requesting the missing document. They sent me a message requesting a parent authorization for my daughter's status which i did not upload initially. It delayed her application, it was approved 3 weeks after mine!
