Urgent - I am eligible, but still told otherwise

Hi folks!

So, I understand there's probably other related threads with the same topic or similar, but I am new to the forum and chose to ask instead, maybe someone could tell me what is going on..

I am currently trying to upload my express entry application. I tried the first time in April, I got declined literally two seconds later.
Back then, I figured it was most likely my own mistake as I did not have my educational credentials. This has now been taken care of, so a couple of days ago, I tried again - same thing happened. Two seconds later, an email saying I am not eligible and then some random reasons potentially telling me why.
I met with my advisor here on PEI and she did not understand either. I showed her my application, step by step, I told her I did the math for the 67/100 grid, and I should receive 79/100. I made one mistake in my application, which was the address for my work. It was supposed to be 550, instead I typed 505. I also didn't add that I am currently in school here, though I added that when I did the 'am I eligible test', which is always the first step before the actual application.

She believed that it could be either those two things.
She then emailed someone she knows in immigration, as they do not answer my emails, nor can I get through on the phone line.
I got a reply back suggesting to do what I have already done. Furthermore, it also said that CIC apparently cannot see any attempts made by me for an application. This is the strangest part... I gave them all my data so they should be able to see my profile or the attempts that I made.
This could however be a somewhat positive thing, as it might be a random technical glitch, and let's face it, CIC's website crashes all the time..
But I am still very concerned.. I know I am more than eligible (for FSW) and I have everything they ask for - why would it then deny my application? Have I missed something? Does the system pick up on a mistake such as that address?

I hope someone out there can clarify this for me!
Let me know if you need more information!

Thank you!

Address doesn't give you any points, so it can't be the issue.
The most common problems:
- IELTS Academic instead of General
- not enough work experience or NOC code is not 0,A,B

System thinks you are not eligible for FSW, that's why you are rejected.
If you give your details (age, IELTS results, Education, so on), people could help you to understand the issue.

And yes, glitches do happen, but usually not twice in a row.

Hi, thanks for the reply!
So, I came to Canada as a student in January 2014, so I've been here for 2.5 years now. I just turned 29.
I am from Denmark. I already have a 2-year diploma from Denmark and I'll finish my BA here in December. I have a part-time job on campus, which I've held since September 2015. My work experience is based on a job from back home, which was as a medical administrative assistant, skilled level B, I had that for 1.5 years, full-time (35/week). My language test is 8/8/7.5/8/5. I chose IELTS General in the system. I have my educational credentials from WES.
So everything should be in order - that's why I am so frustrated and confused..

I've been advised to create a new GCkey and a completely new email and start from scratch. I've been told that CIC cannot even see that i attempted to create my application, so there's gotta be a weird technical issue..

I see a problem in 67/100. are you applying alone or with spouse? what are spouse IELTS scores? Do you have a French as second language? Any blood relation in Canada? How did you get 79/100?

Check it again.

So I am applying alone, I do not have any blood relations and I do not have French.
I redid my points, as I might have misunderstood something, though I am still getting 69.

Language: 24
Education: 19
Work experience: 9
Age: 12
Adaptability: 5
This should be a total of 69 points.
I currently have a job here, but it is part time and I've had it since September 2015. I cannot get points for it, I think, as I am still a student. However, it shouldn't matter, as I still get 69..

FYI, part-time job while studying in CANADA doesn't count as work experience for Express Entry. So you have 1,5 years in total.

So, your points:
Language - 24
Education - 19 (Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a two-year program, or equal)
Experience - 9
Age - 12
Arranged Employment - 0 (since you are on a study permit right now, not temporary work permit, you have no job offer or LMIA)
Adaptability - 0 (you didn't complete 2 years study in Canada)

Total - 64

Correct me if I got something wrong.

IcedCoffee. I assumed he has someone in blood relation. IF the points are for arranged job it has to be LMIA.
Might be, but I was relying on the provided information, not guesses. He didn't mention any relatives or spouse.

So I don't see why 5 point for adaptability.

Agreed, I too see a 67/100 problem. it is 64/100.

Ah right, okay I see what you mean. I guess that would explain it! I'm trying to arrange a meeting with someone from immigration here on PEI and I'll go through it with them as well. If this is in fact the thing, then at least I'll be done in December with my BA and I can get my final five points. It sucks I have to wait until then but this would explain it! Question though: I did my IELTS in October 2015 - would it be too old if I had to redo everything in January?

Ielts is valid for two years. Must be valid when you submit your PR application. If you apply in January and get ITA quite soon after that, you should be fine.
