URGENT!!..how to validate startup experience without pay

Hi everyone

I have about 3.5 years experience as per my NOC that I intend to apply.
Out of this, an year was spent working for a startup with no pay. I have the offer letter and I can obtain the experience letter as per the format desired by CIC.
Anybody here in a similar situation? Please advice.

Any experience with no pay is not considered. CIC only considers paid work experience

Even I am in a similar situation. 3 years as a startup founder with no consistent salary, only project payments and reimbursements.

I would suggest ask somebody like legalfalcon ok Canadavisa forum...I am sure he might have an answer for this ....also once he answers the question please share it with others as well...there are probably a bunch of them in a similar situation...

Guys, any update on your application? I am also a startup founder with no consistent salary and no customers, only seed funding.
