Urgent: how to upload FBI report on mycic?

Hi,

CIC requested me to upload updated FBI reports. i recently have received but i dont know how to upload it. when i clicked the upload button it sent me to a page which has asked these questions:
Document name: (i filled this one with FBI report--applicant name)
Document number: (i dont know what number they are asking for. please guide me what should i write here)
country of issue: (USA)
Issue date: ( issue date is till 2015. whereas my report has been issued in 2016. what should i do?)
Expiry date: ( should i add 6 months from the date of issue. like my report was issued on march 23, 2016)

please seniors guide me or those who has already done this.

country of issue: (USA)
Issue date: ( issue date is till 2015. whereas my report has been issued in 2016. what should i do?)- This is a system glitch so I mentioned the date of issue as 31 dec 2015(attached a LOE as well mentioning the same), you are not alone, many people did this. NO issue at all
Expiry date: ( should i add 6 months from the date of issue. like my report was issued on march 23, 2016)- Yes put dote of expiry after six months if the document doesnt say anything.

please seniors guide me or those who has already done this.

Dont sweat too much, you should be fine. Mine was uploaded successfully without any issues. Hope this helps.

Hi Sumaira,

nmeka has given the right advice.

Only thing I did differently is that I set the expiry date 1 year from the date of receiving the PCC..
