URGENT! How to apply for bridging open work permit? (Not appearing)

HELP!

I urgently need to apply for a bridging open work permit. My PR application is complete and I have an acknowledgment of receipt letter.

How do I apply for the BOWP? When I start a new online application on my profile and answer all the questions it just tells me I'm eligible for Express Entry and then that I've already applied for it......? Help!!

For anyone interested, I worked it out.

For the question: How long do you want to stay in Canada? Don't put permanently, put temporarily (more than 6 months) and it takes you to the BOWP application.
