URGENT!!! HOW CAN I TAKE MY PREGNANT WIFE AND MY SON TO CANADA ASAP?

Hi!

I came to Canada and immigrated 2 months ago. Last week I passed my hearing. But the decision is still pending and the judge said that it takes 6-8 weeks.

The problem is that my wife is pregnant. Most likely our baby is going to born at the end of September or first days of October. It means that after couple weeks my wife can't boarding to airplane.

Why I want to take my family to Canada ASAP?

Because Turkish Embassies have black listed our names. They don't help us for any official works for a long time so Turkish Embassy will not give Passport to our baby even we are Turkish citizens. Really, I am not exaggerating. I am the witness of many examples. Now, at least my wife and my son have passports. The question is: HOW CAN I TAKE THEM TO CANADA ASAP?

Unfortunately you'll have to wait out the processing. There is no real way to expedite the process. If your baby is born outside of Canada, you will have to submit his information to update your application or apply for a TRV before you can bring the baby.

why didn't your wife and baby land with you 2 months ago? how did you get PR here in canada, they are included in your application to gain PR right?

Based on the information in the OP's post, he has most likely claimed refugee status. So different process and that would explain why his family isn't here yet.

Depending on the airline your wife is close to the point where she will not be allowed to fly. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it will be possible to have this all sorted out in a few weeks. You are actually very lucky to have gone through the asylum process so quickly. It seems like most recent asylum seekers have had their first hearing rescheduled.

The only way to bring them earlier would be for them to apply for visitor visas. They need valid passports to be able to apply for a visitor visa - and even with valid passports, the chances of refusal are extremely high due to your status in Canada.

They have valid passports. If I can't find any official support ASAP. Probably we are going to try that way. As you said most likely it is going to be refused but there is an emergency and real victimization for us. At least my heart is going to be comfortable if I apply but I am not sure about How to apply for visitor visa?

Thanks for helpful and positive entries. Black listing newborn babies is a ridiculous shame. But when I heard the news about tortures in the Turkish prisons. This is nothing. Because there is a huge crime look like genocide. But nobody talks about it. Silence of the world is a custom as always. Maybe some film makers make a touching film after all crimes in the future for earning more bucks. Yeah they care us and human life's a lot for sure.

Anyway about my previous country. We could be a modern European country. But politicians prefered to be the most middle eastern. Government is the biggest mafia and they can do whatever they want.

There isn't a future for the next generations. Definitely I am sure about it. there are so many innocent victims who have been jailed. Also there are many people who escaped from Turkey and stucked in foreign countries look like my family. Because of dictatoria victims and their families live worse life day by day.

Finally, Thanks to Canada for protecting us and also providing freedom and basic human rights for us. I wish you save more innocent people's lifes.

Well, the problem is that if you are already planning to leave stop ranting about Erdogan and his minions. Nothing Canada can do. Small country with no military power. And Erdogan is key ally against ASIS. Well, I shouldn´t say ally, I guess ally until ISIS began puring into Turkey...
