The agent said implied status works same with online or paper. It takes more time for CBSA to process paper application so it gives me more time. Do you know if I can renew driving license on maintained status? Will they ask for my wp?
Actually paper application may be refused faster because there are few paper applications. It is only for those whose passport is expiring so officer will not have to review file at all. Just look at your passport and know you are not eligible and refuse it. Service Centre may ask for proof of work permit.

Thank you but returning is not an option. I have spent too much money here and did everything right. I never worked under the table like many other students and none of them had to leave so why me. I spoke with a consultant who has provided a good solution. Applying for PGWP on paper can get me 8 months which will be enough. I will work on SINP.
So in a nutshell your sop wasn’t true ?

You do know that you’re not entitled to PR , right ?

It’s not a god given right that everyone that comes gets to stay .
The IRCC has already stated as much

I have no choice but I'm not leaving before exhausting every possibility. The consultant said 2-3 months when applied online but 8 months or more when applied on paper.
You need to work with another consultant. They are both giving you bad advice and also not giving you a realistic picture about pathways to PR. You only had a 1 year PGWP which was never an easy pathways to PR so not sure I would say that is doing everything right. This also doesn’t change the fact that at a CRS score around 400 you will not qualify for PR in the near future even with the additional few months of work. What is your NOC?

Thank you for the concern but this consultant is recommended by a friend who went through similar scenario and just received PR. Fees are high but he also has very high success rate. No one else came up with a solution. We have discussed asylum as nuclear option but he will help me with SINP.

If not in the past 6 months outcomes may be very different. Still unclear how you will ever qualify for PR. A good consultant should be telling you that getting PR may not be possible.

Please share your experience with renewing social insurance number in Saskatchewan. If you are on maintainenace status, what documents would they ask?

The consultant is good and works many files. No one could have thought applying on paper buys more time. Even if it's rejected, I can apply for restoration so another 90 days + processing time. I have checked and my experience will count for PR. Only problem seems to be the social insurance renewal.

Claiming asylum as a backup if you can’t get pr thru an economic stream ?

You’re kidding , right ?

So basically fraud

What is your problem? If you are so worried, go protest instead of trolling. 50,000 students came to Canada as student but never went to school. 13,000 students claimed asylum. I completed my studies and secured a job and I am NOT leaving. No need for your commentary.

Besides calling you out for thinking about filing a bogus asylum claim ?

Don’t leave . Be undocumented
But you’ll get my commentary bud

What’s my problem ?
Well that flew right over your head

Slow clap for completing your studies, but obviously not good enough since you don’t qualify for PR without scamming the system

“My PGWP expires soon and I really really need help to find a way to stay! Not enough points for express entry and I need two more months for 1 year experience”

“We have discussed asylum as nuclear option but he will help me with SINP.”

For people like you it’s why the immigration system is what it is now. Trying to push your way in a country who doesn’t need people like you.

Good job buddy, you should feel proud of yourself, you enter the group of all the people who believes they deserve to be in this country and they are just useless.
