You should apply for jobs through job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Bank, etc. You can also try applying for jobs directly with Canadian hospitals through the career / employment sections of their web sites.

These are scams. There's no job. They are trying to steal your money.

That is illegal. The employer must file and pay for LMIA. The employer must prove that no Canadian or PR could be hired. You apply for closed work permit.
