what if i provide bank balance certificate stating money in saving account of my father with application and withdraw all money before complete the file process? do they always checkout money in bank account. i have sds profile.
Then you would be committing misrepresentation. There's a reason they prefer you to have the balance under your own name or to have an affidavit of support, because otherwise who is to say that the money won't be withdrawn for some other purpose?

I don't think there would be any problem with that.
It is for other concerns and no wonder that money is used for what purpose because ultimately you'll be bearing your expenses on your own.
That document of bank only states that your father will be the only responsible person in case you fall under economic crisis during your temporary stay and not the Canadian government would not provide any help regarding this.

thanks for your reply well obvious as i'm paying gic with one year tution fee and also providing proofs of my father's income i guess there should not be any problem with it.

It is easy to check with your bank, and also at the border when you first land, CBSA might also ask to verify your bank account to see if the money is there, before issuing you a study permit and admitting you into the country.

This is objectively bad advice since OP doesn't seem to be bearing their expenses on their own. As has been said, when they arrive in Canada the CBSA may ask to verify their details before issuing the study permit.
Furthermore, if your father does use the money for other purposes, how will you pay for your expenses in Canada? @jass0
