I have received my ita already. I got the employment letter from employer too but now my lawyer is saying that i need a job offer too from my employer because i selected that i have job offer while making my profile before ita?? Please help as my job circumstances will change next week, im going to be part time

There is a second question that pops up when you select "yes" to the question asking if you have a valid job offer. What did you reply to that?
If you indicated your job requires a work permit but is LMIA exempt, you will not be rewarded the points for a job offer. And so, I think you should be fine. Are you on a PGWP?

Yeah im on pgwp. So i need to submit job offer too. I have employment record letter already. Will that be enough? Im worried because i will be part time from next week on, will that affect anything?

did you get 50 points for job offer or not? If you did not get those points, all is needed is an LOE and thats it.
If however you claimed those points, that would be a different story.
