hey

it's only about days to apply for visa

and i'm wondering

is it good for applying through ONline or Manual applying?

are they going to check my file scrutiny?

i'm applying from saudi arabia

what you suggest to provide them that support my case
i will study english language for 8 months, 32 weeks

i will provide police report + accepting letter from institute + Bank information (maybe 25000CAD) last 6 months + certification from university that i'm studying, (i think that make them satisfy) + birth certificate + letter why i'm going canada to study english + letter from my accommodation + and finally i will provide my high school certificate that shows me as superior student and provide my accomplished at University and high school and my volunteering

are they going to approve my Visa???????

Bad idea to apply for an English language course - high rate of refusal. Better to apply for a diploma or degree program.

You mentioned in a previous post that you have no travel history - so it's quite possible CIC will find it strange that you want to come all the way to Canada just to take an English course when you could easily take an English course in your country of residence. CIC may have concerns that you have plans on remaining in Canada long term.

What you suggest sir,

If i told them that i will improve my english because i will graduate after year from finishing English course and showed them an official certificate from university that written this student his semesters have been delayed, and he will start his semesters at September 2017, and i already achieved 6 semesters in Chemical engineering with 4.83GPA,
and only 2 semesters left

Isn't that big evidence that i have to comr back to complete and graduate?

And showed them my high school degree with 96% GPA

And showed them pictures that i was achieved by authorities there for volunteering and superior student

Come on, don't tell me they will refuse???

You can expect a straight refusal. Your explanation make no sense.

You still haven't explained why you need to travel all the way to Canada to take the English course and why you simply can't do this in your own country. That's the explanation they will be looking for.

Should i apply for Visiting Visa?

Is really studying visa will be approved only for whom going study college or university?!

Damn i hate Canadian VO,
I'm choosing Student Visa because i don't have any travel history

So i thought maybe they don't need travel history for who applied for student visa

If your plan it to obtain asylum - make sure you have evidence to support your claim.

If you want to try applying for a visitor visa - then do not apply for a five month visa to attend English classes. Once again, it won't make sense why you are coming all the way here just to study English. You will want to request a short trip given you have no travel history and will need to prove strong ties. For example, you should provide evidence that you are in school full time and plan to travel during a school break. You should also ideally show proof that you have paid your tuition fees for the next term (as proof you will return).

If you want to apply for a study permit, you'll want to apply for either a college diploma or a university degree. What you plan to take in Canada must make sense based on your past education and it would be best to apply once you have finished whatever degree/diploma you are studying in your country of residence now.

Make sure you don't falsify any documents. This will result in a refusal and a 5 year ban from Canada.

I'm sorry - I'm not an immigration lawyer and don't offer private advice. If you're looking for private advice then your best bet would be to hire an immigration lawyer or a very good immigration consultant. Good luck.

Okey, I'm sorry,
My mistake,

I'm Afghani nationality, living in Saudi Arabia,
Born in saudi and no country there i travelled abroad,
Whole life in saudi

Definitely here is. No hope
No future
nothing

I felt down with problem against some religious people,
Religious police,
For some reason
And chased from them,

Now they are against my believes

If i reached Canada, is saying my country is in war and can't go there and saying i had some problems in saudi and they r bad in human rights against foreigners, as known
Will be enough or should i mention alot?

About Visa, my high school graduation date is 2013,
Will be problem for accepting for college there?
Also I'm worry that officer will reject my visa because he didn't know what i was doing sincd 2013

Well i can't tell him my current University,
Family tiees, is showing Birth certificate good? And showing my father shop is good?

I will tell officer i will come back after graduation to attend my father,

Or,

Visitor visa, how month should i mention ti Stay on in Canada to officer as u suggest?

Thanks alot

You can claim refugee status without providing any evidence. However claiming refugee status at the border doesn't mean you will be approved. To be approved, you typically have to show evidence. Saying that you have problems typically isn't enough - you usually have to show some kind of proof.

Given your profile, it may be quite challenging to get a study permit approved. If you want to try for a study permit, I would recommend that you go with a Bachelor degree program at a university. The first step is to be accepted into a program in Canada. It may be too late to get admission for the January term. If so, then May or next September would be the next available term to start (depending on the program and university).

I think it will likely be equally challenging to get a visitor visa approved. If you want to try for a visitor visa, then you should go for a 3 week trip maximum and show very strong ties to your country of residency. Your family won't really be regarded as a tie (your family would only be a tie if you were leaving a spouse and children behind). Showing your father's shop is OK - but still not that strong a tie. Ideally you want to show something that is a real tie for YOU. Examples would be proof of employment, proof that you are enrolled in school and have paid the fees for the next semester and/or proof of property rental (if you are not living at home).

Good luck.
